VENUS Berlin 2026 has concluded after four days, bringing together some of the biggest names in erotica, sex toys and adult entertainment under one roof. For Irontech, this year’s event was above all an opportunity to showcase the next stage of the company’s development – from increasingly realistic sex dolls to interactive systems that respond to the user.
Together with Real Lady and SigaFun, Irontech centered its booth around the theme IronAI – AI, realism and interaction.
For us at Docklandet, this year’s presentation was particularly interesting. Just a few days before VENUS, Irontech founder Leo Liu visited our showroom in Borlänge, where we were introduced to the new technology and had the opportunity to discuss both the development of IronAI and where the industry is headed.
VENUS Berlin is one of the world’s largest trade shows for erotica and lifestyle. This year’s event brought together more than 270 exhibitors and international brands from over 40 countries, with around 2,000 industry professionals attending from more than 50 countries.
Irontech, Real Lady and SigaFun shared a booth where visitors could see the models up close, talk to the team and, most importantly, try out parts of the new interactive technology.
The images from Berlin also reveal something just as interesting as the products themselves: people weren’t simply stopping to look. They were touching the dolls, testing features, asking questions and gathering around the demonstrations.
It says a lot about where interest in the industry is heading.

AI in sex dolls has so far largely focused on the ability to talk to a doll. Irontech is now taking the concept significantly further.
IronAI is a system designed to connect conversation, sensors, movement and physical response.
At the heart of the system is CoreAI, the control unit that communicates with compatible modules, processes sensor data and determines how different functions should respond.
The IronAI system includes OralX for interactive oral functionality, HipX for AI-controlled hip movement and DualX, which synchronizes the two. Bionic VaginaX provides sensor-driven vaginal response, while Dollia is used for connection and settings.
What makes the system interesting is not any single feature, but the idea that multiple parts of the doll can work together and respond to what is actually happening.
One of the features demonstrated at VENUS was Bionic VaginaX.
The system uses sensors to detect movement, speed, depth, rhythm and duration. This data is processed by CoreAI, allowing the system to adapt its response accordingly.
This includes automatic heating, contraction and pressure, as well as vibrations that activate and change depending on the interaction.
The heating system operates within a range of approximately 33–44 °C and, under normal conditions, reaches around 40 °C within approximately 15–20 minutes.

The key difference compared with simpler motorized functions is that the system is not designed merely to run a pre-programmed movement pattern. Instead, it can detect what is happening and adjust its response accordingly.
This type of technology is still at an early stage, but the direction is clear.
For many years, the development of sex dolls has focused primarily on physical realism.
Softer materials, more advanced skeletons, realistic skin, eyes, hair and anatomical details – combined with lower weight and improved mobility.
That development continues, but interaction is emerging as the next major area of competition.
A doll can look extremely realistic while standing still. The next step is for it to respond to the user as well.
This is where systems such as IronAI become particularly interesting. Sensors, AI, movement and physical response are beginning to work together as parts of a single system rather than as separate features.
We believe this development will become an increasingly important part of the premium segment in the coming years.
A few days before VENUS, Irontech founder Leo Liu visited Docklandet and spent two days with us in Borlänge.
We will share more about the visit in a separate article, but the timing gave us a valuable opportunity to discuss the technology that would be presented in Berlin shortly afterwards.
Leo showed us videos, images and presentations of IronAI and its new features, giving us the opportunity to discuss both the products and the technology behind them.
One thing that has become increasingly clear to us through our collaboration with Irontech is that innovation is only one part of their work.
Just as important is their focus on quality control, transparency around their products and willingness to listen to feedback from both retailers and customers.
This is particularly important with new technology. An impressive demonstration is one thing – how the technology performs for real customers over time is what ultimately determines how good the product actually is.

Although IronAI was at the center of the presentation, the booth showcased much more than new technology.
Irontech presented several of its realistic silicone models and IronAI heads, while Real Lady and SigaFun complemented the display with models from their respective ranges.
This gave visitors the opportunity to compare different types of products and see how the traditional focus on realism is now being combined with more advanced electronic features.
For us, working with many different manufacturers, this combination is particularly interesting. Not every customer is looking for AI or advanced electronics – and even the most technologically advanced doll still needs to be a great doll at its core.
The most interesting aspect of Irontech’s presentation in Berlin is not any single model.
It is the direction the technology is taking.
For years, the industry has competed to create the most realistic bodies and lifelike faces. Now a new question is emerging:
How realistically can a doll respond?
Bionic VaginaX, CoreAI and the other IronAI features are Irontech’s answer to that question today.
How far this technology can develop remains to be seen. But based on what Irontech showed us before the event and the demonstrations from Berlin, there is little doubt that interactivity will become a much more important part of the sex doll industry in the years ahead.

And it is a development we at Docklandet will be following very closely.
Irontech, Real Lady and SigaFun showcased the next generation of sex dolls at VENUS Berlin 2026. We take a closer look at IronAI, Bionic VaginaX and the development towards more interactive dolls.
Finding the best sex doll in 2026 isn't just about choosing the most realistic or the most expensive model. The right choice depends on your budget, how much weight you can handle, which material you prefer, and whether you’re looking for realism, anime, fantasy, or a smaller, easier-to-store doll.
The Blowjob Sexbot is a mechanical accessory that creates an automatic up-and-down motion in the doll’s head. The technology is based on an internal mechanism installed in the neck area. When the system is activated using the included remote control, the head begins to move at a steady and continuous pace.
SE-Doll continues to expand its popular AYA series and is now introducing Airi, a new Asian silicone doll featuring the all-new T159 body. The launch not only introduces a new face to the series but also a new body option for customers who prefer more natural proportions over exaggerated curves.

Learn what articulated fingers on sex dolls are, how they enhance realism and posing, and what you should know about durability, care, and long-term use.
Grace Joint sets a new standard for hand articulation by replacing stiff, doll-like movements with natural and flexible finger dynamics. The upgraded internal structure reduces stress on the material, allowing creators to pose their models freely without the risk of the silicone cracking.
For most sex doll buyers, the hardest decision is what material your sex doll should be made of—TPE or silicone? Different doll manufacturers make their dolls from different materials, and sometimes both! For example, Zelex makes dolls out of silicone, and Irontech offers sex dolls in both TPE and silicone. Starpery creates sex dolls, which has a TPE body but a siliconehead.
AtDocklandet.se, you’ll find realistic sex dolls with looks inspired by porn stars from established manufacturers, includingIrontech Doll, which has taken the concept a step further through official collaborations with figures from the adult film industry.
Gaming, anime, fantasy, and cosplay have long since expanded far beyond the screen. Costumes, collectible figures, and sophisticated replicas have become an integral part of the culture—and now there are even life-sizecosplaydolls.
Star Fox sex doll Krystal is a furry-sex doll featuring a cosplay-style design inspired by the popular character Krystal from the classic Nintendo game Star Fox Adventures. Standing 140 cm tall, with a voluptuous G-cup figure and a distinctly fox-like furry design, Krystal is far from a traditional, realistic sex doll.
Nala is 72 cm tall and made of silicone with an internal metal skeleton. Despite her relatively compact height, the doll weighs 48 kg, giving her a sturdy and robust build. Her 63 cm long tail, light brown eyes, and anthropomorphic body shape reinforce her distinct lion-like character.
